MovieXYZ is an online movie discovery engine, recommendation system, and legal streaming directory. We index movie metadata (such as titles, release years, cast, plot summaries, and genres) from public sources like The Movie Database (TMDB) API.

MovieXYZ does NOT host, upload, stream, or sell any video files or copyrighted digital media. Our platform solely provides information and directs users to licensed third-party streaming services (such as Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Max, Hulu, and Apple TV+).

2. Acceptable Use & User Conduct

When using MovieXYZ, you agree that you will not:

  • Scrape, duplicate, or redistribute site content without explicit written permission.
  • Use automated bots or scripts to disrupt or overload our recommendation servers.
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or manipulate quiz recommendation scores.
  • Use our platform for any unauthorized commercial marketing or illegal activity.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & TMDB Attribution

All original site design, graphic elements, layout, code, and logo designs belong to MovieXYZ. Movie metadata, posters, and trademarks belong to their respective copyright holders. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

4. Limitation of Liability

MovieXYZ is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the continuous availability of third-party streaming services or the accuracy of external pricing and availability. MovieXYZ is not liable for any third-party content accessed via outbound links.
